Andrea Molina, an architect who graduated from the Academy of Architecture in Mendrisio (under the direction of architect Mario Botta), began his career in 2004 as a designer at a major architectural firm in Lausanne. Later, as a project manager in construction management (as the client's representative) for a large Swiss company, he worked on the renovation and restructuring of residential, commercial, and administrative buildings in French- and German-speaking Switzerland.
Working as Project Manager for a general contractor in German-speaking Switzerland, he deepened his technical knowledge and the management of large-scale projects. In the fields of architecture, design, and master planning, he founded and managed the Ticino branch of one of Switzerland's leading architectural firms, IttenBrechbühl SA, where he was also a partner. Throughout his career, he was also directly involved in the development and management of major construction and planning projects.
